UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Advanced Level, Usability Testing
In order to be prepared for this certification, we recommend that you have hold the “UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level” certificate, and have gathered some experience conducting professional usability tests.
Attendees holding the UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Advanced Level, Usability Testing (CPUX-UT) certificate are familiarized with in depth knowledge of the terms and concepts from the field of usability and user experience, particularly in the specialized field of usability testing.
The main focus areas of this certification are:
• Evaluation and test of user interfaces, in particular usability testing
• Planning, conducting and documenting inspections of user interfaces (without users)
• Planning, conducting and documenting usability tests of user interfaces (with users)
• Planning, conducting and documenting qualitative and quantitative user surveys
• In the future UXQB® will offer further Advanced Level certifications in different areas of expertise:
• User Research and User Requirements Engineering (CPUX-URE)
• Interaction Specification, Information Architecture and Prototyping (CPUX-IAP)

Part 1: Theoretical multiple-choice exam, 90 minutes (25% time Extension for non-native speakers available on request), Minimum score 70%
Part 2: Practical part
