CAI´s Certificate in Leadership
Consisting of seven modules, participants in CAI’s Catalyst Leadership Training Program® begin by developing a better understanding of themselves – their motivations and leadership style – then, how to effectively work with and motivate others. Building on these lessons of self-awareness, capitalizing on individuals’ strengths, and understanding others, participants learn how to build strong, collaborative teams, make good decisions and judgment calls, build alliances and relationships, and lead change within the organization. Catalyst will support participants to:
• Be self aware,
• Successfully manage your behavior and how you relate to others,
• Understand how people are motivated and how to best motivate them,
• Deal more effectively with conflict,
• Recognize factors that affect your judgment,
• Make better decisions,
• Guide your team in overcoming dysfunctional behaviors,
• Create a culture of personal responsibility and ownership within the context of a team environment,
• Understand the barriers to change,
• Bring about needed change in your people, your team, and your organization.
Catalyst’s self-paced, online training is available 24/7 allowing you to tailor your learning to your busy schedule. Participants completing the program will be eligible to take the certification examination through iSQI via a Pearson VUE Test Center or as a FLEX Exam. CAI´s Certification in Leadership and CAI’s Catalyst Leadership Training Program® is available to both individuals and organizations. Successful participants are eligible to receive:
• 42 PDU credits from PMI
and / or
• 42 PHR credits from HRCI
40 questions, multiple-choice, 60 minutes (25 % time extension for non-native speakers available on request), minimum score 75%
